Every rug we clean — whether picked up from Lake Forest, Kenilworth, or right here in Glenview — is brought back to our purpose-built facility on Johns Dr. and hand-washed by experienced craftsmen. No automated machines, no subcontractors, no shortcuts.

Inspect & Dust
We photograph and document your rug's condition, then remove deep-embedded dust and grit with compressed air.
Hand-Wash
Gentle hand-wash with pH-balanced, fiber-safe solutions. Stains and pet odors are treated individually.
Rinse & Dry
Thorough rinsing removes all residue. Rugs are flat-dried in our temperature-controlled drying room.
Groom & Deliver
Fringe is cleaned, pile is groomed, and your rug is wrapped in protective paper and delivered — free.
